Just finished mixing audio for Amplify at Southland Christian Church. Tonight went very well and there seemed to be lots of positive feedback. There was a band that came in and played from Cincinnati Christian University. They sounded good together and were relatively easy to mix since there were just four musicians. I experimented with some delay on one of the cover songs and I was pleased with the mix. There are always challenges in that big room with lots of reverb so you fight to notch it out and make it sound good. That venue is always fun though since it has so much low end.
